Yes. Our packages can be purchased for any day of the week while phone attendants are available. Certain restrictions do apply for last minute bookings.

You can place an order online any time! Please visit our Order page for details. If you prefer to speak to an operator, our office hours are from 9 AM. - 5 PM (Eastern time), Monday through Friday. Many times receptionists are available outside this time to take orders. If for some reason you are unable to reach a receptionist please leave a message and we will contact you on the next business day. Orders cannot be processed outside of our administrative hours. All orders made outside of this time must be at least 48 hours in advance of your visit. Orders made before 12 pm during administrative hours can be made for the same day in most cases.
Orders made after 4 pm EST on Fridays,will not be processed until Monday -- Therefore no reservation can be made after 4 pm EST on Friday for arrival Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

We are able to book packages for particular hotels as long as there is availability. Advance booking is recommended to get your preference of hotels. We do work with many hotels in the Chattanooga area so if for some reason we are unable to book you at your first choice we are usually able to book a comparable hotel.
In order to ensure that we are able to fulfill your request, all online orders must be made 96 hours (4 Days) prior to your visit. Sometimes due to holiday weekends or conventions our participating hotels will fill up as the dates approach so advanced ordering is recommended.
4. What is the Hotel Check-In time?

The majority of our participating hotels allow check in beginning at 3 PM. the date of the reservation. If there is a room available, they will generally allow you to check in early. Attraction tickets however will be delivered to your hotel the night before your visit so if you do arrive earlier than check in time you can pick up your tickets to begin visiting attractions.

The tickets will be at the front desk of the hotel when you check in. We deliver your tickets 24 hours prior to your visit, so that they are available as soon as you arrive in Chattanooga.

difference between Luxury, Deluxe, Moderate, and

Luxury -- The luxury hotel is the nicest hotel in Chattanooga. It has all of the best of amenities, a restaurant, a full service spa on the property and is conveniently located in downtown Chattanooga.
Deluxe -- Our full service hotels offer restaurants on their property, shops nearby or on premise, and are generally a bit nicer than those of moderate or economy.
Moderate -- These are standard basic hotels. All have interior corridors, continental breakfast, and pools. They are located convenient to downtown and Lookout Mountain.
Economy -- These are standard hotels but have exterior corridors. Two of the three have continental breakfasts. They are located near downtown or Lookout Mountain.

8. How far away are the attractions from each hotel?

All of the main attractions are within 15 minutes from each of our hotels. Some are closer than others, but none are further than 15 minutes. White water rafting trips are the only exception.
9. Is there a shuttle that takes me to the attractions or do I have to drive myself?

You must drive yourself to the majority of attractions. There are directions to attractions for your hotel included with your welcome package and directional signs from each attraction to the others. There are shuttles available to the Tennessee Aquarium from most of the downtown hotels.

Currently we do not offer any packages that include cabins. We have some cottage style properties that have bed and breakfast type atmospheres.
11. Are prices the same during the week and on weekends?

The prices are the same for the base packages on the weekend and during the week. The only time there is a price difference between the two is if you add an additional night at a hotel that has different rates, or if you order a specialty room (i.e. suite, Jacuzzi, etc.)

Our prices include all taxes. There are no additional charges added on the package price for hotel stay or attraction tickets.
Incidental room charges, restaurant charges, long distance calling, movies, room service etc are not covered in the package price and are the customer's responsibility. The Chattanoogan, the Marriott and the Clarion hotels all have parking charges. Parking fees are not included in the package price and is payable to the hotel.
13. Do I have to pay by credit card or can I reserve it with a card and pay cash when I arrive?

You must pay by credit card when making your hotel reservation. At the time your reservation is made you will be charged full price for the package. Currently we do not offer cash or check option for individual travelers. Groups or organizations are able to pay by check with special arrangements.
14. Can I make changes to a package I have already ordered?

Certainly, you can make changes to your package within 48 hours of your visit, but an administrative charge of $15 per change applies.

All cancellations up to 48 hours will be refunded in full (minus a $25.00 administrative fee). Refunds after this time period are considered on a case by case basis depending on the selected hotel's policy. |
