TENNESSEE AQUARIUM

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN INCLINE RAILWAY
On November 16, 1895 the railroad known today simply as "The Incline" opened, rising up the steepest part of Lookout Mountain. It has been thrilling riders ever since. Built by John Crass and the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway Company this technical marvel boasts an incline of 72.7% at one point, making it the steepest passenger Incline in the world. Literally millions of residents and tourists have taken this ride up to the top of Lookout Mountain.

Located on top of Lookout Mountain across from Point Park Battlefield. A 3-dimensional presentation of Chattanooga's Civil War history featuring theater-seating and audio tape presentation. Hear the sounds of battle as you learn about Lookout Mountain's "Battle Above the Clouds" and Sherman's assault on Missionary Ridge before his famous "March to the Sea". OCOEE WHITE WATER RAFTING
Full River Trip, The Ultimate Ocoee Rafting Adventure - Tennessee white water rafting at its best.
Join Quest Expeditions for a ten mile Ocoee Rafting trip on the Upper and Middle Ocoee River, including a run through the Olympic Competition Course. On this exciting Ocoee rafting adventure you'll raft four miles of great Tennessee whitewater before reaching the Ocoee whitewater center. Excitement runs high on this Ocoee whitewater rafting trip when you enter the 1996 Olympic Whitewater Competition Course! Here the Ocoee River narrows as whitewater flows through classic drops with big water rapids ending with a run through the Upper Ocoee River's most famous rapid, Humongous.
Our Full River Trip includes a grand lunch served riverside after your run through the Olympic Course. The Upper Ocoee River is dam controlled and this Ocoee whitewater rafting adventure is available on Saturdays and Sundays only, May through October 24. Plan approximately seven hours with us for this ten mile Ocoee Rafting trip. Minimum age is 13 for all Ocoee white water rafting trips.
