1. Are your packages offered every day?
Yes. Our packages can be purchased for arrival any day of the week, including holidays; however keep in mind that our office hours are Monday-Friday, so for weekend arrivals advance reservations are required.

2. What are your hours of operation?
You can book your Chattanooga Package online anytime! Our office hours are 9am - 5pm (Eastern Time) Monday - Friday. Orders are processed during office hours only. All orders made outside of office hours must be at least 3 days in advance of your arrival. If you are wishing to arrive within 3 days, you must book over the phone with one of our reservationists. If you wish to speak with a reservationist, you can reach us at 1-800-667-8006 during office hours. If for some reason you are unable to reach a reservationist, please leave a message and we will return your call within 1 business day.

3. How far in advance do I need to order?
We are able to book packages for particular hotels as long as there is availability. Advance booking is recommended in order to get your preference of hotels. We do work with many hotels in the Chattanooga area so if for some reason we are unable to book you at your first choice hotel; we are usually able to book a comparable hotel.

In order to ensure that we are able to fulfill your request, all online orders must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your visit. Sometimes due to holiday weekend or conventions, participating hotels will fill up as the dates approach so advanced ordering is recommended.

4. What is the hotel Check-In time?
The majority of our participating hotels allow check-in beginning at 3pm on the date of your arrival. If there is a room available, they will generally allow you to check in early; however, we are unable to request early check-ins. Attraction tickets will be delivered to your hotel the night before your visit, so if you do arrive earlier than check-in time, you can pick up your tickets and begin visiting attractions.

5. How do I pick up the tickets?
Your attraction ticket package will be at the front desk of the hotel when you check in. We deliver the tickets approximately 24 hours prior to your visit, so that they are available as soon as you arrive in Chattanooga.

6. Explain the difference between the hotel categories.
Luxury - The luxury hotels are some of the nicest hotels in Chattanooga. They offer the best of amenities, on-site restaurants, and offer state-of-the-art features. These hotels are conveniently located in downtown Chattanooga and will make your stay relaxing, comfortable, and luxurious.

Deluxe - The deluxe hotels offer restaurants on their property, shops nearby or on premise, and a generally a bit nicer than those of moderate or economy. These hotels offer an experience to remember.

Moderate - The moderate hotels are your standard hotels. They all have interior corridors, continental breakfast, and pools. They are located convenient to downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain.

Economy -
The economy hotels are basic hotels. Depending on the hotel, their amenities may include a continental breakfast, indoor or outdoor pool. These properties have taken steps recently to update and upgrade their features.

7. Is there a shuttle that takes me to the attractions or do I have to drive myself?
You must drive yourself to the majority of the attractions. There are directions to the attractions from your hotel included with your welcome package and directional signs from each to attraction to the others. There are shuttles available to the Tennessee Aquarium and downtown area from most of the downtown hotels.

8. Are prices the same during the week and on weekends?
The prices are the same for the base packages on the weekend and during the week.

9. What taxes or fees are added onto the price?
Our prices include all taxes. There are no additional charges added on the package price for hotel stay or attraction tickets. Incidental room charges, restaurant charges, long distance calling, movies, room service, etc are not covered in the package price and are the customer's responsibility upon check-out. The Luxury Hotels (Doubletree, Chattanoogan, and Marriott) all have parking charges. Parking fees are not included in the package price and is payable to the hotel.

10. Do I have to pay by credit card or can I reserve it with a card and pay cash when I arrive?
You must pay by credit card when making your hotel reservation. At the time your reservation is made you will be charged full price for the package. Currently we do not offer cash or check options as methods of payment.

11. Can I make changes to a package I have already ordered?

Certainly, you can make changes to your package up until 48 hours prior to your visit. Excessive changes may incur an administrative charge of $15 per change at the discretion of management. Excessive changes can be defined as multiple changes to an existing reservation above and beyond minor additions or subtractions to your order.

12. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
All cancellations up to 48 hours will be refunded in full (minus a $25 cancellation fee) to the credit card used to make the reservation. Refunds after this time period are considered on a case by case basis depending on the selected hotel's policy.

13. Do you offer specialty type rooms (suites, Jacuzzis, etc)?
At this time, we only book standard rooms with 1 King or 2 Double Beds. Specialty rooms must be booked with the hotels directly and not in conjunction with our packages.
